CLEOS Labs
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of cleoslabs.ai. They are not the terms on which the CLEOS platform is licensed — access to the platform is granted under a separate written agreement.
Effective 29 September 2026
01Agreement
This website is operated by Cleos Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“CLEOS”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
02What this site is
This site describes CLEOS and how to get in touch about it. It is informational. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a commitment to provide any product, feature or service.
CLEOS is not generally available. There is no public signup. Accounts are issued by invitation under a written agreement, and nothing on this site creates a right to access the platform.
03Statements about the product and the market
This site contains statements about what CLEOS does, what it is capable of, and how the market around it is developing. Some of those statements describe intended or future capability rather than present function, and they should be read that way.
Third-party figures are attributed to their source on the page where they appear. We cite them because we think they are the best available public evidence, not because we have independently verified the methodology behind them. Figures described as measured on CLEOS’s own production traffic are ours, and we stand behind them as measured on the date stated.
Nothing here is a warranty of performance, a projection you should rely on, or advice of any kind. Do not make an investment, procurement or engineering decision on the strength of a web page. Ask us and we will show you the working.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- probe, scan or test the security of the site except as our security disclosure page permits;
- interfere with the site’s operation or place unreasonable load on it;
- use our published contact address to send unsolicited or bulk material;
- scrape or harvest the site in a way that burdens it, or use automated means to collect personal data from it;
- use the site to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
05Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to CLEOS or its licensors. The CLEOS name and logo are our marks. You may read the site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially, or present it as your own.
CLEOS technology is the subject of pending United States patent applications held by CLE-OS LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and licensed to Cleos Labs LLC. Patents pending. Nothing on this site grants any licence, express or implied, under any patent, trademark, copyright or trade secret.
06Third-party links
Where we link to a third party, we do so because the material is relevant. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
07No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CLEOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the greatest extent permitted.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.
10Changes and contact
We may change these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
